However, there are certain areas that are not part of our service in order to maintain our focus and expertise. Therefore, we would like to inform you here about what we do not offer:
No watch service:
We offer We do not offer watch services such as battery changes, strap shortening, etc. Please go to a specialist watch shop for these.
No manufacturing or service work for costume jewelry, fake jewelry and other items:
We do not offer the manufacture or processing of costume jewelry or jewelry made from silver-plated materials, bronze, brass, copper, wood, plastic, bone, pebbles, teeth, hair, or other base materials. Despite our diverse craftsmanship, we also do not service items such as keys, lamps, cutlery, kitchen utensils, buttons, eyeglasses, hearing aids, mugs, garden tools, or lighters.
We are not a repair and service workshop for third-party products:
Our expertise lies in the creation and design of custom-made jewelry. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse repairs, resizing, last-minute improvements, or adjustments to jewelry that does not originate from our workshop. This particularly applies to jewelry purchased on vacation or online.
No copies of products from the Internet or from other brands:
We do not create replicas of jewelry found online or manufactured by other brands. Each piece of jewelry we create is unique, tailored to our customers' wishes and ideas. A photo shown on a mobile phone screen is no substitute for professional advice and merely limits the diverse selection and all the possibilities a goldsmith can offer the customer.
